Bio: David G. Benner, Larry Crabb and Gary W. Moon
Founding EditorsDr. Larry Crabb is a well-known psychologist, author, seminar speaker and Bible teacher. Dr. Crabb has written many best-selling books and he is the founder and director of New Way Ministries. He serves as a Spiritual Director for the American Association of Christian Counselors and he is Scholar in Residence of Colorado Christian University.
Gary Moon received his M.Div. and Ph.D. from Fuller Theological Seminary. He is vice president for spiritual development and professor of psychology and spirituality at the Psychological Studies Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a visiting professor at Emmanuel College, Alliance Theological Seminary (Manila, Philippines) and Georgia State University, and he has worked in clinical psychology practice for more than a decade. Moon serves as director of research and development for LifeSprings Publishing. He has written articles and presented papers on a variety of topics for a wide array of academic journals, popular magazines, and professional seminars and conferences. His books include Homesick for Eden: Confessions About the Journey of a Soul (LifeSprings, 1996, Servant, 1997), The Bible Ride (3 volumes, Servant) and Falling for God (Waterbrook).
David G. Benner is Distinguished Professor of Psychology and Spirituality at the Psychological Studies Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. A psychologist, spiritual director and retreat leader, Benner has written and edited many books, including the Baker Encyclopedia of Psychology and Counseling and Care of Souls. He is an executive editor of the journal Conversations.
