Course: The Addictions Recovery Workbook
by James E. Phelan
|
The practical exercises in The Addictions Recovery Workbook are concrete, tangible tools that users can rely on to assist in the treatment of addictions. The Addictions Recovery Workbook provides a diversity of exercises that helping-agents can assign to recovering addicts to guide discussions and accountability. What’s most unique about this workbook is that it was designed for those in recovery from any addiction. The practical exercises should be processed with a counselor, clergy, mentor, or a sponsor who desires to help. The workbook was developed so that users have tools to unblock the inherent barriers of the recovery process and as a gateway to opening up so they can deal with the many facets that recovery unravels. The workbook includes a bonus assessment form, surveys, suggested readings, and other resources so users can expand their support arena. www.AddictionsWorkbook.com Educational Objectives
