Author: Michael Nichols, PhD

Michael P. Nichols, PhD, professor of psychology at the College of William and Mary, is the author of Stop Arguing with Your Kids, among numerous other books. He received is PhD from Rochester University, Rochester, New York. He did postdoctoral training in Family Therapy (U.S. Army, 1968-1970). He also did training with noted Marriage and Family Therapists, Murray Bowen and Salvador Minuchin. He is a well known therapist and a popular speaker.
