Rego Psy.D., ABPP, ACT, is chief psychologist, director of psychology training, and director of the CBT Training Program at Montefiore Medical Center, as well as associate professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He is board-certified in cognitive behavioral psychology, with close to 20 years of experience in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, stress, and other psychological disorders.
